Any design, brand, product, or consulting services provided by Rival are governed by a separate written agreement between Rival and the client. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, quote, or binding commitment to provide services.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Rival and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Client work shown on the Site remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed with permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as our Substack, LinkedIn, or scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
